Reservations Policy -- Please Note:
Reservations are limited to the following periods, based on category:
- Army Active/Reserve/Guard/Retired may reserve up to 365 Days (1 Year) ahead.
- Other Branches Active/Reserve/Guard/Retired may reserve up to 120 Days (4 months) ahead.
- DOD Civilians/Other Authorized Guest may reserve up to 60 days (2 months)ahead.
Current and Valid ID is required at check-in. Current and Appropriate rates will apply for presented ID.Click here to view the rate table.
Occupancy is subject to Pilila'au Army Recreation Center cabin Rental Agreement. Click here to view a copy of the agreement.
PARC Policy: If you cancel your reservation within the 30 day window to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
ONLY ONE CABIN RESERVATION PER ID CARD HOLDER ALLOWED.
If you require a handicapped cabin, please email or call us so that we may
better assist you.
While we make every effort to accommodate you in the same cabin for your
entire stay, there is a possibility that you may be moved.
